Rarely WOX 's system cache does not function correctly, so that phenomena such as "Posted articles are not reflected in the contents", "Advertisements do not disappear after updating" occurred, but today, We reviewed it from the ground and completely solved it.

Notice of maintenance end

Maintenance that we were carrying out about the situation that temporary access to our service is difficult was terminated today (September 5 22: 30). This excessive access was due to external mass packet transmission (Dos attack). Currently this problem is solved, we have confirmed the state that normal access can be done.

About circumstances in which temporary access to our service is difficult

We experienced a temporary load on the server due to excessive access, so we are currently performing intermittent small-scale server maintenance. Therefore, there is a possibility that the service will be slightly unstable, such as an error being temporarily displayed.

Although the date and time of completion of the current maintenance is undecided, we consider careful and quick work considering safety first. We appreciate any inconvenience to our users, but we appreciate your understanding.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to the user due to server failure.

As for the server failure that had occurred since August 19, 2011, as of August 22, 2011, since it was confirmed that all the services are operating normally due to the recovery work, I will report.

The cause of this server failure was due to disk failure. As a countermeasure to that, we prepared a new server and made data migration and system reconstruction. In addition, we introduced multiple servers this time and reviewed the entire system so that load balancing and restoration time in case of failure can be realized.

We would like to apologize again for the inconvenience and concern we've caused our users to inconvenience for a long time.
