You can add and edit menus from "Administration screen> Customize> Header".

It is easy to make the homepage password system. Please change the disclosure level to "password restriction" in "Content publishing setting" of the management screen "Environment setting> security".

To change the template, you can do it in "Environment Settings> Template Management" on the homepage administration screen.

Templates can be saved in the blog management window "Environment Settings> Template Management".
