Please tell me the difference between the premium version and the free version.

When becoming a premium user, "non-display" can be selected in "management screen> function setting> counter type". There are no other differences.

Where can I register premium users?

You can register for premium users by purchasing necessary points at "Basic menu> Point" on the right menu of MyWOX top page.
